What is in every apple.
Dairy is in every apple we make. Toppings vary by flavor, so the tree nut and gluten picture changes order to order. Read this before you buy.
Dairy is in every apple
The caramel coating on every apple we make contains dairy. This is not a cross-contact risk or a "may contain" note. It is a confirmed ingredient. If your recipient has a dairy allergy, our products are not safe for them.
Every product contains dairy. No exceptions. No dairy-free option is available.
Tree nuts and gluten-adjacent toppings vary
Toppings change with the flavor. Some combinations include tree nut pieces or coatings that contain gluten-adjacent ingredients. Because the topping list shifts with each seasonal drop and each order customization, we cannot give you a blanket "nut-free" or "gluten-free" guarantee across the full lineup.
If you or your recipient has a tree nut or gluten sensitivity, email us before ordering. We will tell you exactly what is in the specific flavor you are considering.
caught-wanting@sogoodmail.coIf you have a food allergy, email first
We want every order to land safely. If there is any allergen concern, email us before you place your order. We will confirm the exact topping list for the flavor you want and be straight with you about whether it is safe.

Dairy is confirmed present in every row. Tree nut and gluten columns reflect whether the topping combinations available for that product can include those allergens. Because toppings vary by the specific flavor chosen, email us if you need to confirm a particular combination.
